This is the highest sustained DPS build I've managed to come up with for Celestial Lawbringer (and believe me, I tested literally everything): 10/5 Ruthless for example allows you to stay in Showdown forever, meaning your damage continuously goes up during combat from High Noon. It may not add points to 'useful' skills like Crapshooter, but it adds points to skills that can change how you play. I also have the Eridian legendary Lawbringer mod but it's only in my bank because it's a legendary and I don't plan on using it at any point.Įdit: Actually have a blue Six Shooter mod with 6+ into Quick Shot and 5+ into Crack Shot with 37% Jakob's gun damage so that might beat out the purple.Ĭelestial Lawbringer is the best one currently. Those are the three I've kept out of all the ones I've seen. The points go into fire rate/reload speed/weapon swap and showdown time so you're better off using the Six Shooter for a Jakobs shotgun. I'd say probably best with Hyperion since none of the increases are gun damage aside from the base shotgun damage bonus.

The Fast As Lightning Kid is one specifically for shotguns. I haven't tried with a Jakob's shotgun but I'll probably mess around with that another time since primarily right now I'm using level 48 Two-Fer Maggie. 5 whole extra pts into Crack shot is huge with a nice 4 into Quick shot and then the last few into Mag Shot. Six Shooter is the other one that actually is a lot more straight dps off kill skills. The points into Ruthless and High Noon work really well together. Allows me to put 1 pt into Bottled Courage to get the full effect and some added survivability. That's the best one I've found so far but I essentially used blue versions and lower level purple version till I got that one.
